Excellent experience from start to finish. No pressure to purchase in store. Ordering and delivery procedure explained fully and concisely. Order delivered as dated with Christmas holidays taken into account. Good communications with store and staff during manufacture and delivery period. Delivery personnel called beforehand as promised. John and James were friendly, courteous, efficient and very careful throughout the whole delivery period. They explained all about the care of the suite clearly and removed the old suite as requested. Both are a credit to the company. Thank you Cookes...!

Fantastic service from start to finish, the delivery was perfect. The lads were very considerate, polite and professional. They ensured the furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it and took all the packing materials away. Quality is excellent plus we took out the small additional extra warranty to give us the peace of mind that if we spill anything we are covered. Highly recommend.
Took delivery of new sofas today, the service we received was excellent and fitted by to wonderful lads John & AZ brothers would highly recommend.
We have to today taken delivery of our new furniture and must say it's top quality and is outstanding quality which is the main reason for choosing cooks. also a special mention to the delivery lads Andy and Aaron who took great care in placing it into our property which was challenging.having purchased furniture from others before I do know some would have just left it at our door step so once again many thanks lads. Extremely happy with my new Parker Knoll suite, looks better than I expected. Very helpful showroom staff Sue when making our choices of material etc, only downside was the long wait for manufacture. Also the delivery men John & co. workers went above and beyond when delivering the suite as not an easy entrance to the property but they were very careful and a credit to Cookes furniture
We’re delighted with our new 3 piece suite and all the knowledgeable help we were given in choosing it. Very friendly & helpful staff as we have found in previous purchases. The 2 colleagues who delivered our purchase were excellent, too. They were friendly and efficient making sure that all was as we wanted it. We look forward to many years enjoying our purchase.
