We had a fantastic experience with Gus today. Our regular plumbers was fully booked and they recommended Gus instead and we were so glad! He came within an hour of calling, which I thought would be impossible, fixed the clog in our drain replaced parts of our sink that were failing and terrible quality with better parts. He gave us great advice about how to prevent the problem in the future. Will not hesitate to call Gus again, he is knowledgable, provides excellent service AND charged a very reasonable price.
Gus came promptly and quickly removed a ton of roots from my backed-up sewer drain. He promised to return for free if the problem recurred soon and he charged a modest fee. Earlier this summer, a major drain company had said the drain could not be cleared but had to immediately excavated and replaced for $6K. The company rep charged almost as much to do nothing as Gus did to do the job.
Gus came highly recommended by a neighbour. After his service call, we will highly recommend him, too. He was punctual, efficient, very knowledgeable and his fees are very reasonable. He has great expertise and integrity and a sense of humour as a bonus.
I have used City Plumbing for many years in my house and now in a condo. I have complete confidence in Gus and team as they have approached problems in a comprehensive manner, always describing their techniques and the technology needed. The jobs have been done well and for reasonable price.
We have used City Plumbing and each time the service was excellent. They were punctual, knowledgeable, with reasonable prices. Gus is awesome and Sebastian is super We use them again if needed, and have already recommended them to a neighbour.
I used Gus 2 times. He was friendly and fast. A little expensive but you are paying for knowledge as well as effort. He recommended his relative for a job that was too far for him and I was ripped off by his relative. Really ripped off. Had to have someone else do the work. Lost $350 for nothing and got verbally abused as an extra.
Gus is awesome. Ever since I discovered City Plumbing, they have been the only plumbers I use. They have integrity and do an awesome job every time. Thank you Gus. Cecelia
