I went in to the Belle Vale branch today and the manager called Leena was so helpful and patient. I had a lot of pics to print and nothing was too much trouble to her. At one point the shop was full and she dealt with everybody politely and professionally even though she was on her own. She really needs at least one other person to help her even two on Saturdays. Thank you again to her for her help and kindness. Anita Gallimore
A female assistant helped me with passport size photo's , I got my photo's instantly, no faffing adjusting the seat etc in a booth in a sometimes noisy place, the great assistant even trimmed the photo's to size and took 2 photo's first to show me & ask if I was OK with them. Great service!

The member of staff here in Belle Vale was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. After 4 separate, unsuccessful passport standard photo attempts made at the Max Spielmann in Asda Huyton, despite the store check saying the image was acceptable I attended here and was made to feel comfortable and reassured. The member of staff accepted my request of wearing my spectacles and yet still gained an image without a reflection and so enabling me to successfully pass the standard set by gov.uk passports by removing flash and backlighting. I commend this member of staff for his knowledge and experience

I have never walking in and walked out of a shop so angry. The lady working there was rude and unhelpful. I asked if I can send an email to them to get printed, she said no "we don't have an email address". Now what company does not have an email. Very rude and will never support this business ever again.
Very helpful young lady in the shop to help me quickly print the photos I needed. Excellent service.
