If I could, I would give this company zero stars. We were having a kitchen fitted and ordered some lights for under the cabinets. Given the urgency, we paid £9.99 for next day delivery, only for the goods to not turn up. After 3 days had passed, and having not received any dispatch confirmation, we then had to buy lights from Tool Station due to time limits and requested that our order be cancelled. Over a week later we received an email confirming they would do this, only to have the lights sent out the very next day. We have now returned the lights and it's been over 2 weeks since we requested the initial refund. It appears they are happy to take your money but not fulfil their end even though we have written communication from them saying that they would. Shocking service.
Ordered light, informed by Light Supplier it has been shipped on 48 hrs delivery, tracking number says not received by Royal Mail. Three weeks and 4 e-mails exchanges still no light, now not responding to e-mails. No light, no replacement, no refund. No good. Seems to be a common thread on this feedback. If you have a problem with your chosen courier please take it up with them or use a different supplier. Please can I have my light! Edit - light received a few days after this post. Thank you.
Been using Light Supplier for a few years now - big fan of their products and the lights I order always arrive next day. Highly recommend!

Since my previous review I can confirm that I have now received a full refund for this failed delivery.
Extremely good service. I promptly received a replacement light fitting as my original order had a faulty one. No questions asked, John sent out the new one without any question. Would recommend this company.
After a long time waiting and emails back and forth I literally give up waiting for this order, never again. LOL, 8 months later hahahaha
