Been going here for years never had problem then brought Eleaf but was fault charging still had guarantee but tried telling me i was putting wrong end of lead in to charge it other end goes in plug not very bright person

Giving it 1star as can't select zero if u want quality products that are going to work and good customer service not to be fobbed off DO NOT SHOP HERE!! As this is the only vape shop in kirkby a have had to use this shop but won't be anymore over 6months Iv had 3 faulty ecig kits one which I was sold with a cracked screen and only 1 that was ok yes that's right 5 within 6months might I add 2of these were £80 kits. They fob you off all the time and the quality of their products is shocking!! Today I was told my 2n half wk old kit is overheating and spitting juice since last night coz of the way I'm smoking it and it's not that hot. this is while he's trying to mess with my settings to stop it overheating and getting so hot and yes these were his words! Absolute rip offs and provide u with arrogance instead of customer service

Con artist's buys a kit of them he didn't had the tanks tells me to back for it then embarrasses in front of other people saying he can't remember saying that been robbed proper joke

Service is absolutely fantastic, everyone who works there is very polite and helpful! The building itself is very pleasant! When I'm in there I do not want to leave! Very very good! Will be taking my vape endeavours here from now on!

I will not be using this shop any more never have what you want an I find them acting like a load of del boys an treat there customers like were all thick very very poor shop
