Good place to get help, but I haven't been there for over 5 years.
The gentleman I spoke to gave excellent advise and top notch customer service
I tried calling and the automated system 'please stay on the line to speak to someone' then cuts off. Tried ringing again, same thing happens
I work here as security so I can't comment on the service they provide because I've not personally used it, however they are helpful to the people that come seeking advice etc.
Still cant get through 1 hour and 49 minutes later
Just surviving with the government's stranglehold. Staff do their best to help. These days you have to book an appointment though. Slightly difficult to access even though there is a wheelchair lift on site. Outer doors give a problem, as they are narrow. Assist needed.
Very helpful just wish they did what i was told wud happen
Absolute nightmare to get to if you don't know the area. Was lucky enough to get parking opposite but the meter was broken so had to download an app to pay. Dont think there's any allocated parking but there are parking lots nearby. Got seen really quickly dispite being 15 minutes late and was really happy with the service provided.
