Before submitting the documents, I had made up my mind that I will definitely be giving a review as my personal opinion was people with bad experiences only gave reviews and people who had recieved their visa would not be interested in giving a positive review. I had opted for a priority service. After submitting the application online I received a date for submitting my documents over here which was around 5 to 6 working days. I arrived on time and everything went smooth. My documents were scanned and I made sure all of my documents got scanned. Therefore the staff at UKVCAS completed all their required duties promptly and correctly. The next day I received an email, call and a voicemail from the home office that a document was missing and I had to submit it before 3pm the same day. Even though UKVCAS Birmingham had scanned the document some how it didn't reach the final check. Therefore I believe home office needs to improve their online systems but the service provided was fast and accurate. After I replied to the email, I received the decision same day.

Had a wonderful experience with the office. Goshak, The person who took my biometrics and photo was very pleasant and efficient. All the instructions were clearly provided and she was super professional. Overall a smooth and a great experience!

Applied through this office and paid for priority service to get decision within 5 working days and it s day 19 today and I got no response. They were training new employee while uploading my documents hope nothings went wrong .
Finding parking can be a big hassle, if your new to this city! I like to say it LOUD Birmingham will have road works for ever no sat nav can keep up to date with their road closures, a general direction knowledge will come handy.... new drivers are warned not to drive. During the appointments you could be treated like a child to follow instructions!! But hold on - frying only lasts for 5 minutes.....then you are finished...
