The Balaji Temple in Birmingham is a serene and spiritually enriching place. The temple's architecture is stunning, with intricate carvings and a peaceful ambiance. The grounds are well-maintained, providing a tranquil environment for prayer and reflection. The staff and volunteers are welcoming and helpful, ensuring a pleasant visit. The temple regularly hosts cultural events and festivals, adding to its vibrant community atmosphere. A must-visit for those seeking spiritual solace or an appreciation of Indian culture.
Unfortunately the Temple was closed when we visited. Few Temples of different deities are situated at this spectecularly landscaped area with large carpark. I conducted wedding ceremony in the Temple's community hall.Wait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Bala Ji Temple is a grand Hindu temple, particularly during festive occasions like Krishna Janmashtami when I visited. The architecture is impressive as well as the temples size though it can become quite crowded, especially during peak hours and it can be hard to navigate. The temple had accessible facilities with lifts and alternative routes for those with mobility impairments, however at times it was non-existent. The temple's festive atmosphere was enhanced by the numerous stalls selling goods and the presence of a food stand offering delicious mango lassi and dosas. While the dosas weren't particularly visually appealing, they were still enjoyable.
This temple is a serene and beautifully designed place that offers a peaceful spiritual experience. The shrines are elegantly planned, with the magnificent Lord Balaji shrine being particularly awe-inspiring. The temple is spacious, accessible, and provides ample parking, making visits hassle-free. The prasadam and annadhanam add to the experience, and the welcoming atmosphere is perfect for reflection. If you're looking for a touch of home and spirituality, especially outside India, this temple is a must-visit.

This temple is Amazing. Looking at the craftsmanship on the buildings and how all the dieties are carved out of marble and wood finishes. A peaceful place to walk on the grounds and after paying respect there is a cafe and grocery store if you fancy purchasing some food and drink.
A very very vibe filled place to be if you are fond of temples. Especially if you are in a country outside of India when u r looking for some home like feeling I would say this is a must go. Positives: The shrines are built in such a way there is enough and more room for a clear view from a very far disfance as well. The main shrine our favourite Balaji stands tall magnificently. The first time I saw him I had goosebumps for quite some time. And it's a fantastic experience. Each shrine in there is planned so nicely Lord Ganesha, Lord முருக, Lord Shiva, Saibaba, Parvathi, Thayar Sanndhis / Shrines are well planned and looks very elegant and inviting. The space is absolutely spacious and has ample amount of space to run and play around. Ofcourse car padk too. The Conservatory serves food piping hot each time and its self served with absolutely cleanliness. Great experience. The place is safe and accessablity enabled so even physically challenged and elderly can walk in and out easily. Life provisions are available as well. If you are a youngster there is also a youth wing to join hands and participate. Suggest if u r visiting for the first time plan atleast 2 to 3 HRS to patiently move around immerse urself and enjoy the experience. Remove ur footwear in one corner, finish visiting all shrines and Dinesh prasadam and finally u can wear ur shoes back and return.
One of the largest Hindu temple in UK, dedicated to Lord Jagannath. Located at about 15 miles from the city of Birmingham, this place attracts large number of Hindu devotees from all over the country. One may find temples of other important deities, like Vinayak, Shiva, Hanuman in addition to Shirdi Sai Baba. Free annapradam is distributed in a separate designated hall. Gandhi Memorial Centre installed by Aditya Birla Group is also situated within the campus
This temple offers a peaceful environment and magnificent architecture. It’s incredibly beautiful, with an atmosphere that is both refreshing and calm. The temple houses a variety of deities where you can offer your prayers, and there’s also a prasadam counter. You can conveniently get your darshan tickets here as well. The ample parking space is a bonus, making your visit hassle-free. Additionally, the temple offers annadhanam, which is a wonderful gesture. I highly recommend visiting if you're in the area; you will definitely have an uplifting spiritual experience.
