Very friendly staff, the receptionist is always offers me a complemantary coffee. The reception is very well decorated with a fish tank and there are vending machines . Highly recommend room to hire for a meeting . Used them a number of times and staff make you feel they are part of your business.
Pity I can't give no stars! Centre is fine, signage from the main road would be helpful? Went to see We buy any car....Will never consider them again...No signs that they are even here, the guy operates off the car park, which is crammed, and out of the Ivy reception area! Tried to chip a massive £700 off the 30 second online quote....COWBOYS....DO not bother.
For businesses to use like a onsweet or office space and a modern dinner inside one assumes for inployes and the people who hire each different part for interview's space and or room's/meeting spaces very professional with windows looking out on Manchester/Rochdale ship canel lock's view's.
I drove over an hour and a half to get there to see some furniture from my Salon. Was told to park outside one of the units by the owner who came out and showed me where to park outside his unit and have received a parking fine from Parking Eye for £100.
We have taken a large office space with Ivy Mill, the staff is friendly especially Amy, She looked after us throughout the sale and moving in process, Grace is always helpful at reception, Overall very clean and modern offices, One of the most cleanest mill we have ever come across, really nice and warm. Would definitely recommend!
Location is very good. 3 mins off M60 motorway, 5 mins off Hollinwood Tram stop, cafes and restaurants minutes walk and Tesco round the corner. Great Management, and staff are always helpful, 24 /7 security patrols. The office I have is fully renovated and the communal kitchens and toilets are always maintained, you just know the owners of the building are not afraid to spend money to look after it the way they have been doing, always an improvement we get to see! Will be renewing my tenancy again Thank you for being kind. A very happy tenant.
I was tenant for 18 months, office space was okay. But management were unhelpful and wouldn’t deal with issues raised and I would have to constantly chase them . Also the management were totally unprofessional a few times heard the husband and wife team verbally shouting at each other openly, bringing their personal problems to work was not pleasant to watch.
I was a tenant there for at least 2-3 years. I had to leave because of the awful customer service I had to put up with. From management down to reception I was treated like dirt. I could no longer trust the people who work there. The place is ran like a joke really. Raiyhana who is currently part of the "management" is extremely unprofessional and rude and only wants to create confrontation in my experience. I had a flood which was the second one in 6 months. They don't spend any money maintaining the building so the whole place is falling apart basically. Every maintenance job ever carried out there is a complete bodge job. After the major flood due to a burst water pipe which caused me huge problems they only offered me a measly 3 days free rent which was an absolute insult considering the inconvenience and the damage caused. On top of that I had expensive items go missing from my office which I can only assume were stolen from my office by security as they went in to my office while I wasn't there to assess the flood damage. this is after kicking my door in because they didn't have a spare key! They didn't seem willing to help and were only concerned about if I had paid the rent for that month and threatened to withhold my post and not let me in to the building if I did not do so. Regardless of the fact I had over £1000 of damage and over £200 of stock go "missing" and no acknowledgment that anything was going to be done about it. I could literally go on and on about the ineptitude of this company. The bottom line is I wouldn't recommend renting an office space out here.
No stars for this team of nit wits, I went to view a unit they showed me to the top floor, had to walk up stairs as the manager had taken home the lift key not a great start being I need a lift to get my tools up and down , showed me a derelict area which had buckets and bins catching the water he said im free to fix any leaks myself and I have to build my own walls? their view to a managed rental solution and ongoing roof problems was the bin to catch the water, oh and don't trip over the asbestos on the way-out again their managed solution ? not a great team I also got a parking ticket for my troubles which they said they would sort out for me. That wasn't sorted out and now gone up to £100 the only thing im going to do now is pay the fine and never do business with these or any company associated in this mill. this seem to be the future for our great northern mills being bought up for pennies and turned in to hostile places to rake money from the hard working .
This premises has a nice Large office Rooms spaces for both small and medium size businesses. But however needs to improve on its accessibility and Safety.
