I recently visited this KFC, and while the food was very good, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff member Lady with head coveredserving me was unfriendly, didn’t greet me, and had an unpleasant attitude, giving me weird looks throughout the interaction. It really took away from the overall experience. Good customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately, this was disappointing. I hope the management can address this issue to improve the experience for future customers.
2 times I’ve been here in the past 2 months. 1st time we waited like 45 mins for our food. It was busy which is fair enough but they were prioritising the deliveries and had forgot all about my order. My order wasn’t even on the screen. And the staffs attitude was disgusting. Second time I went was last night. It was quiet and food was quick so good. But the staffs attitude. All of them mucking around and fooling about. Management need to step in.
This is the worst kfc in bedford, i cant tell you a time they have ever seasoned their chips and its supposed too be the main selling point,the staff are rude and all round just terrible, been here 3 times in the last month and it just gets worse
Was given food order saying it was complete but when got home Part of order missing, they were toonBusy chatting and prioritising deliveries. £8.99 meal missing!! Bag sealed so Shiuldnt have to check before leaving,, too far to go back and dispute, phone line constantly engaged. Will never use them again
I like the kfc food like it is finger licking but the service in 2025 is absolutely awful because i was waiting to order there was a man in front of me and there was a lady just sitting there doing chips or what ever then she finally order his food the i had to wait like 5-6 minuets to order then i finally ordered but then when i order like 5 minutes after i asked about my food because all i order was 3 piece chicken and chips and a mini fillet burger but then a lady said to me 'im just waiting for the zinger burger ' then i said but i have not ordered a zinger burger then she finally call out number 1063 so i said that's mine because it was mine then i finally got the order
