As a new mother, they've not judge me once for bringing in my baby when I have been extra cautious on their health, they have made me feel at ease and very understanding due to my family medical history. As some doctors are quick to make you feel like a paranoid first time mother,have witness this happen to a relative in a different surgery. Thanks Churchdown doctors!

Good at getting an appointment for the same day if you call early

Always trouble free. Waited for a baby to be seen, ambulance arrived to take her and mother to hospital. So appointments can be out. I respect others waiting to be seen - I have been rushed from the surgery myself.

Very good doctors, nurses and receptionist. Always make sure you will see someone.

Should be ashamed, let my wife down when she needed care, unbelievable all because she has a temporary address a couple of miles away and only needed to stay at the surgery for a short period. This is after being told that she could stay registered until January. Good to know that the booking in system at the surgery has been updated to accommodate all European languages for the influx of foreign patients, No wonder the NHS is sinking , it's a shame that the surgery can't put as much effort into taking care of an existing disabled patient! Instead of worrying about the minorities!!!
