Sadly i cant give zero stars. 2 children both under age of 5. Both mis-diagnosed by a variety of GPS and nurse practioners. The viral bug one child had ( we saw 3 GPS in the space of a week.) Ended up in a&e and spent a week in hospital with severe pneumonia. 2nd child seen this week 3 times by different gp's who end up making the parents feel like they're wasting time in bringing the child in. Today child has been seen by a walk in centre who wanted to hospitalised a 4 year old with a bad bacterial infection caused by tonsilites. Great surgery. Highly recommend it for anyone who isn't poorly. If you are I'll suggest you try the vets instead. Please expect to disclose your symptoms to the receptionist if your lucky enough to get through in order to arrange an appointment.

Absolutely terrible! Cannot get a doctors app. Told to ring on the day at 8am, yet can’t get through!! Rubbish service

Very nice receptionists, but trying to see a Dr you feel comfortable with is so difficult either not there or constantly booked up , cannot make an appointment , just keep ringing up and be told the same thing. It's so upsetting Especially when you are in constant Pain, might get seen quicker at Beverley Miner Injury Unit, I like the Surgery but the system needs to be changed and the Drs there more often.
