This a beautiful medieval church in the old city wall in Bristol city centre with a lot of history. Besides the massive church organ and a fantastic bell tower the church also has a crypt which is sometimes open for public viewing!
Hidden in plain sight, this place is a little historic treasure!
Lovely small crypt located right in the city centre. Very peaceful and interesting! Worth a visit:
A tiny piece of history in the centre of town. Interesting but very small so it is quick to go around.
A very old church in the city. A safe place to pray amongst the hub of the modern city.
Fascinating and beautiful medieval church in the Old city walls. Entry is free but a donation appreciated. Staffed by volunteers.
Visited this Church as part of Bristol Open Doors. Was not disappointed. A step back in time and well looked after by the Churches Conservation Trust. Also descovered the very old churchyard tucked away in Taylors Court.
Step into this space from a busy road, and suddenly you're transported back in time. Fascinating place.
Authentic medieval church, worths a visit
Beautiful church with an interesting design as it is built into the medieval wall. The simple, smaller interior invites peace and reflection.
