Had a long weekend in Harrogate for our 50th wedding anniversary. We found this pub on arrival. Best Guinness I've had in a long while. We adopted it straight away. Extremely friendly great atmosphere. If it was local at home it would be my first port of call. Advice given on where to eat. Never disappointed. Big thanks. We shall return.
What a lovely pub with a great interior and brilliant staff. One of the most friendly welcomes I’ve had in a pub and the service was both fast and reasonably priced for the drinks on offer. Everywhere was clean, loads of big screens around if you want to keep up with the sport and overall it’s a place I can’t wait to return to!

The new Refurbishment looks Amazing!! Food we had was outstanding Me and my little girl visited over the bank Holiday weekend and I could not be happier with the service we received, I ordered the next level fried chicken which was cooked perfectly, and my daughter ordered Mac & cheese which was also delicious and staff made it exactly how I'd asked because she's a fussy eater very happy with the customer service we received. We Shared a choc cookie dough sharer for our pudding again was Delicious well worth the price and we will be back soon!
Called in at the weekend after refurb. The place looks lovely and great decor, the staff were welcoming and really friendly.. we tried the chilli dog, loaded fries and bull burger which were all delicious and great portion sizes. Will definitely be back
