The parish of Christ Church, West Didsbury and St. Christopher, Withington covers over 18,000 people in South Manchester and was formed from two previously existing parishes.

My other half and I were married there 55 years ago, both our children were christened there. Shame about the loss of the roundabout and the playing fields but the church looks as good as it ever did.

I enjoy the services at Christ Church & serving refreshments after the service,it gives the parishioners time for a nice coffee/tea,biscuits/cake & a good chat with their church family. The people are so warm & welcoming.

Beautiful church beautiful service so well organised for social distancing in these difficult times safe and comfortable COVID compliant at all times.A warm welcome ,the clergy,choir,organ music were just amazing .Thank you

Went to birthday party at community Hall attached to back of church, and was brilliant, had great afternoon there, with bouncy castle aswell, excellent place for party and events.

Beautiful church with lovely staff.

Lovely church and service. Little bit tricky to get to if coming from the wrong direction so plan ahead. Not the fault of the church though

Lovely atmosphere, great accoustics for choir singing.

We visited as a school and were given a very warm welcome and your of this beautiful building.

It was a lovely Easter day service. The congregation are really friendly and welcoming.  There is a really good atmosphere.

This church is very special to me as it was in this building that I first heard the Good News of Jesus Christ and his saving grace many years ago.
