Chris qualified in general dentistry from The London Hospital Dental School 1982. Before embarking on his training as a Dental Implantologist, he gained extensive experience, both in the UK and overseas, in all aspects of dentistry.

A couple of years ago I broke a maxillary first premolar. Having a gap was out of the question so I decided to have it replaced with an implant by Chris Woods. I was a little nervous about the procedure as I was aware that there is a reasonable amount of drilling and cutting involved. However Chris explained the phases of the procedure in detail and once the process was begun it was a very pleasant dental experience. The implant itself is a delight, just like a real tooth, and has taken exceptionally well. There was some mild discomfort while it settled in but after a few days I began not to notice it. Which is exactly what I was told to expect. The entire process was as described and there were no surprises. I would not consider any other form of tooth replacement.

Having lost one of my front teeth in an accident, it was very important to me that I resolve the unsightly gap very quickly! I’ve heard about the 'teeth in a day' procedure and my dentist recommended Dr Wood. The implant tooth looks just like my other teeth and I didn’t experience any pain during or after the procedure. The process was fast, the care was outstanding and very professional and my new tooth feels just like one of my own. Don’t hesitate to do for the procedure if you are thinking about it and I highly recommend Dr Chris Wood to do the job!

Excellent experience and brilliant end result - very happy with my new teeth and so relieved that everything went without any complications and the whole process was literary pain free! I would highly recommend Chris and his lovely relaxing practice!

After experiencing several occasions when my bridge fell out in embarrassing situations, my dentist suggested a dental implant bridge. I was recommended to see Chris to explore my options. At the consultation stage Chris explained in detail what to expect and I felt in safe hands. I’m so glad I decided to opt for the treatment, the new teeth feel and look so much more like my natural teeth and I never have to worry about them again. Thank you Chris for the wonderful job!
