Oakthorpe were amazing...very responsive, transparent pricing and a team who take great pride in their work. The only catch is they're busy, so book ahead:
I needed some repairs to a broken tooth. I was not in any pain so happy to wait 2 working days for an appointment. The repairs were carried out by Kate Anderson and her colleague without the need for a local anaesthetic. They did a fantastic job; very calm and reassuring, no pain whatsoever and I was only in the practice for less than 25 mins. I am very happy to recommend Oakthorpe Dental; great for routine dental care for the family and great when the unexpected happens!
Seetal, my dentist is perfect. She listens, explains carefully everything that she is going to do and is very gentle. The admin is good and everything runs smoothly. I have found that I can always get an appointment at a time to suit me. I can't recommend Oakthorpe Dental Practice enough.
Excellent dental practice, the whole team is highly competent, very professional and friendly. My own experience with the dentist Seetal Patel and the hygenist Sarah Lloyd-Jones has been very positive and pain free; both are very gentle and extremely good at what they do.
Over many years I and my family have been very satisfied with the excellent dental service and advice we have received from the Oakthorpe Road practice. The dental care is efficient and effective, the environment is light and relaxing, and the staff, including receptionists are helpful and friendly. The dentists are also supported by able hygienists whose skills help to maintain good oral health. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice and have in fact done so in the past. They are also professional in recommending other specialists in areas not covered by their own expertise.
Always utterly professional, punctual and courteous. Very high quality check ups and advice over the years. My wider family have now transferred to Oakthorpe Dental and feel similarly.
All the practice staff at Oakthorpe dental have always been exceptionally professional while at the same time being personable and friendly. Excellent practice, so happy to have them for all my dental needs.
Oakthorpe Dental is an excellent practice with staff that are kind, knowledgeable and welcoming. They were able to see me on short notice and efficiently provided me with the information that I required to visit the practice during the current pandemic. Upon arrival, the dentist Seetal Patel was a calming presence and both her and the receptionist/dental nurse, Min Venter, were incredibly friendly. I felt that I was in good hands throughout my dental examination and would certainly recommend Oakthorpe Dental to others.
I am an extremely nervous patient and wouldn't go anywhere else but Oakthorpe Dental. I was worried when Seetal took over the practice from the previous dentist that I had seen for many years, but I needn't have been. Seetal has been so understanding and is a wonderful dentist. All of the staff are very caring and welcoming. Highly recommend this practice.
We have been grateful for regular treatment at Oakthorpe for the past thirty years. The quality of care has been well maintained and updated, communication is excellent, the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, and we are constantly impressed by this highly professional dentistry.
