Really unhappy with service today. Arrived for a confirmed appointment to an empty reception desk. When someone finally appeared it was to inform me and kids that the appointment had been cancelled as dentist had not been in all day. I should have been informed that my appointment was cancelled as would be expected of me if it was the other way.😕

Disgusting service as the rooms are too small for a wheelchair! Receptionist could not be bothered to get up and hold the door open!

Just over a month  ago  i needed an urgent repair to my front tooth .   I was going on holiday and no way was I going with a missing  front tooth   ..Receptionist  was  very helpful and understaning  and booked  me in  .warning me that it may be a while .sorry I didn't get the ladies  name  ..temporary repair work was carried out by dentist    Dragos   . He done an outsatanding  job of giving me my smile back .with a new porcelain  tooth .  Verry happy with  the final result .  Big Thank You .Mr    Dragos ..apologies don't rember the last name . .11.10 17  jagiro .kaur

We persist with this dentist because it's NHS, and our dentist is nice and good with the children. However as others have said, the receptionists are not helpful. It's almost impossible to get through on the phone. You spend ages on hold, being told you're "number one in the queue" and no one ever answers. If you leave a message as they suggest, no one calls back: then if you do eventually get though at some other point they deny all knowledge of the message. Apparently you can book online, but I tried this once and you needed information from the surgery to do it. So back to square one. Not recommended if you ever need urgent treatment.

Yet again a surly receptionist - arrived at 10.40 for a 10.50 appointment...would have appreciated her telling me at that point that the dentist was running an hour late! With a 2 yr old an hours wait is not easy...I appreciate dentists run late but I could have gone and done some shopping in the meantime if I'd known.
