The thought of visiting the dentist doesn’t usually give rise to thoughts of a happy experience. However at Diamond house the expectation is different. On arrival you are always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The staff go out of their way to explain in detail the course of treatment for any dental conditions and why it is considered necessary. No matter how busy they are you are never rushed and they never fail to give you the impression that you are their most important customer.I am sure everyone feels the same. Over the years we have had numerous fillings and extractions at Diamond House surgery and every treatment has been carried out with great skill and care. We have no hesitation in recommending this practice to anyone who wants expert dental care, delivered by caring staff at a very reasonable cost. John and Pauline Day

I want to tell about my experience. I book appointment to replace filing. On the web page it was shown that the cost would be £60 with £30 deposit. The filling was done nicely and quickly in less then 30 min, no drilling, just a small filling. But what a shock I had when it came to pay outstanding cost of extra £155!!! In other private dentistry in the City the same job costs £60-100. Think carefully before booking, you never will know the final cost. Very upset.

We cannot thank Jaz and his colleague (so sorry, I cannot remember your name..) for seeing my daughter so promptly following her dental trauma out of hours today. You both were extremely sensitive and professional in restoring her smile again. Thank goodness we are with Diamond House.

My old dentist had ignored quite serious issues that Diamond House immediately identified. They were very informative, helpful, sensitive to concerns, friendly, and keen to get me the best treatment possible. They use what looks like the latest technology, in a welcoming, clean environment, staffed with very capable professionals; I really felt like I was somewhere where my teeth were in good hands.

I would Higly recommend Diamond Dentist for their excellent treatments and valued customer services - great friendly team - the dentist was genuine and extremely professional, I’m so satisfied with my treatment plan, the experience was exceptional. The hygienist was incredibly thorough with cleaning, she gave my pearly whites an uplift. Not to forget the reception staff they are also polite and friendly too. So I’m looking forward to my next visit.
