Been here twice, both for daughters birthdays and both times the food has been really nice. The only problem both times is the wait and the lack of service. There were 4/5 tables in the restaurant today and still waited 45 minutes between starter and main. The lady who initially served us was very pleasant but then we didn’t see anyone else at our table until our mains came and we had to ask for more drinks then. We were debating going up ourselves to ask a member of staff for more drinks. Portions were great and the food was very nice, shame about the wait both times. Don’t think we will risk it a third time which is s shame.

Ate here during a trip to Durham. My 3 star rating is pretty much that high as the food was good. It was a Saturday evening so fairly busy but even taking that into account the service was at first non existent and then chaotic at best. We got a free drink each and used a taste card so value for the quality of food was excellent, but I’d have thought it pricey had it not been subsidised. Have to say the staff were as friendly as they were in efficient so still left a tip.

Food as expected and totally fine. Service I'm sorry to report was shocking. Extended periods of waiting to order, arrival of meals and payment of bill.

Loved it loved it loved it is love chiquitos given a choice I would go every week if I could afford it.
