Right after the order the delivery time was 21:25 then we received a message saying delivery 20 mins late. Then an email with 22:00 and then 22:20. We called and trying to at least having at 50% discount, the manager was shouting at me over the phone keep telling me how busy they were and if I wanted I could cancel my order but no discount as if he couldn’t care any less about my £30 worth order. Almost 2 hours after my order has been placed if I cancel it and place a new order somewhere else I am gonna have to wait another 2 hours at least, so from an happy Saturday night take away I end it up to be angry and hungry! Now I do appreciate you guys are busy and happy for you BUT if you like to give a delivery service you have to do it right or do something to make your customers happy and make sure they will call you again.
Ordered a Chinese for all my family, expecting it to come anytime, to wait for a hour and half to call up for gem to say get cancelled my order and I should imof received a email to of let me know. The staff are rude as anything and when I explained they said that hey shouldn’t have to call people to tell them there order is cancelled. Will never use them again I asked what the excuse was why hey cancelled my order and they said the boss had to much to do . Disgusting
The man that served us was really rude. He brought over our drinks then 30 seconds later came back and asked us if we are ready to order? When we said can you give us a couple of minutes he stormed of shaking his head shouting... We tell me when you are ready then I'm busy ??? The place was empty!! One week later we ordered a Chinese from there at a friend's house and it was horrible loads of salt and dripping in oil so it was bined after a few bite..
Food great but offering via Just Eat is exceptionally poor! Delivery never in line with what stated on Just Eat! Please fix or leave Just Eat as your food is fantastic but your service is letting you down!
Roast duck noodle soup is always gorgeous. Ask for hot chilli oil with it, if you can handle it ofcourse!! Spring rolls were not bulky as if they were squeezed in the freezer. Overall, it is my choice of Chinese restaurant.
Really tasty food from here, never disappointed me for the past 5yrs I've eaten from here. Seafood House Udon & Sweet & Sour Chicken recommended! And really nice personnel/staff
Kind personnel, although the food was pretty dissapoining. The rice didn't have much flavour and the chicken was way too sour. It was crispy though, it's a shame.
The spare rib was half cooked the special fried rice was terrible I just couldn't believe it the shop was empty I will never go back there again too expensive
Tasty food. Card payment for orders over £10.
Food was freshly cooked, healthy ,non greasy , don't know what others are moaning about!
