GONE FROM BEST TO ORDINARY SINCE IT CHANGE HANDS GONE DOWN HILL TRY TO COMPLAIN THE STAFF DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH NOT DID I BELIEVE THEM WANT BE GOING BACK IN A HURRY

Just bought 2 x Large fish and chips to take away, chips were cold and fish which had just been cooked which I waited 20 min for was running in grease. This used to be the best fish shop around it’s not any more

Customer service: generally speaking, the staff are consistently rude. Almost like a customer ordering fish and chips is a problem for them. Blatant racist undertones. Frustrating because the quality of food isn't anything to complain about. Bring back Oceans chip shop Waltham Cross
