Went into the pub this evening for a few drinks - and honestly, wish I didn’t bother.nnI frequent in this pub often, and since management has been changed, it’s been appalling. General manager seems to have hired his whole family… and they’re all as bad as each other. Rude, dismissive, slow. You’d think they were having a family gathering, not working in a busy pub. So unprofessional. All the staff seem to be leaving due to them. I’ve overheard them make horrible comments about their staff ones who are not family members, funnily enough!.nnWon’t be returning here anytime soon.
Came on and organised coach trip en route to Spuds for the FA cup game. Loads of us descended on the pub filling it instantly. The staff were fantastic. Hard working efficient and friendly.nServed really quickly throughout despite big queues.n£2.94 for a pint of Budweiser.nBrilliant.nThank you.

I don't know what's wrong with the people here. I was trying to order and the lady who was taking care of me almost beat me up!! What kind of service is this and my order came wrong!! It's a shame.
I absolutely love this place. The moment you walk in, you’re hit with that classic smell of beer-soaked carpets- love this The beer is great and the atmosphere is unbeatable. Highly recommend this spot :
