Absolutely disgusting service , they gave me a burger with 2 mini fillets inside when it should have been a ffillet tower burger , I didn’t ask for this , I had to receive attitude from the staff for them just to make a change , then I asked them to put in a zinger burger into what I have but they gave me a zinger burger with the wrong sauces , not what I wanted . They were rude and confrontational about it , I’m sitting here waiting for my food it’s now been over 10 mins I am in the store currently . Please train your staff better . , I was told about this sign after I received my food , ! See pic below . Also you have terminals where I ordered from and the terminal does not state this . This picture is positioned so that you can’t even see the sign
The most disgusting customer service I ever received. Being told to order at the kiosk and not at the till, I told them you only have 2 kiosk and bouth are busy with 5 customer waiting, I come at the till thinking I can get served, but so much unprofessional go at the kiosk while 6 of them were having fun and laugh, someone needs to do something as this is getting worse and worse.nIf any management see this just look at others reviews not mine is alarming.nThey add the sign so they can have fun.nTime I've been in the restaurant is 17:39
Walking into KFC, I was hit by the smell of nostalgia mixed with... fryer oil. I eagerly ordered my usual combo: a bucket of chicken and some hot wings. Little did I know, I was in for a fingerliterally-licking adventure.nnFirst up, the chicken. It was so shiny I almost had to put on sunglasses! Seriously, I could see my reflection in the oil coating. Forget skincare routines, KFC's chicken could give you a natural glow.nnNow, let's talk about the hot wings. I've seen chicken fingers before, but never chicken wings the size of my actual finger! I'm not sure if these chickens moonlight as hand models, but their wings were TINY. It felt like a snack for a toddler, and I'm an adult with big dreams and even bigger hunger.nnOverall, if you're looking for a meal that doubles as a mirror and portion sizes fit for a dollhouse, KFC's got you covered. Just don't expect to leave with your appetite fully satisfied!
The Indian ladies stuff are just keep talking to each other long time waiting and look at this chicken … better change the oil !!!
I ordered two Oreo Krushers and a mini burger via the app. When I arrived, I got my burger quickly, but the lady wearing a hijab forgot the Krushers completely. She only realised when she saw me still standing there after handing me the burger, clearly not checking the ticket properly. When she finally made them, they looked nothing like Oreo Krushers, more like syrup and milk. I told her they didn’t look right, but she just stayed silent. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in, added the Oreo, and made them properly.nnLater, I saw my husband’s order appear on the screen, and she deleted it before making it. She called other orders instead. When he asked about it, she didn’t explain or apologise ,she just silently put the items together and handed them over, as if nothing had happened. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this same staff member. She’s disorganised, doesn’t check orders, and shows no care for customers, while the rest of the team seem to do their jobs well. Honestly, I don’t think she’s suited for a customer-facing role.
