Never ordering from here again. I ordered 2 box meals and the sides ordered was missing. There was also a piece of blue paper/tissue inside the burger and the lettuce in both burgers was gone off. It was disgusting. Couldn't eat and binned them both. I would never order from here again.
Today I ordered from your store and just eat. I was missing majority of my order I requested no chicken legs and I was only given chicken legs. They looked totally undercooked the rest of my food with stone cold and the worst part about it was that in one of the hot wings there was a piece of hair and I’ve attached the photo below. This is unacceptable and absolutely disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I literally wouldn’t even give you one stub unfortunately I have to give you a star
This might be the worstest ever KFC in the whole world, atleast in UK. Atleast been to KFC's in 6 or 7 Countries, So far I have visited atleast 200 outlets but trust me you get the baddest service ever, you will be getting the worst food here. Don't ever come to this KFC as they sell decay chicken. Don't go to this KFC as sooner you might need to pay a visit to your GP.
Shocking customer service and leaving items from my drive through order.nPlaced my order at drive through with nothing up on display screen.nWas then overcharged 50p at the payment window by the most miserable man on the planet.nHe forgot my drink at 1st then not even a thanks or goodbye at the end.nI got home to have chicken missing from my order I immediately returned to confront the staff member who boxed my food he took the bucket from me then all of a sudden 5 colleagues gathered around and I know full well they added the missing item and then tried to blame me for not counting properly.nAlways double check your orders and don't expect a polite customer service or better than that do not go to this kfc SHOCKING!!!
Today I ordered 3 kids burger meals, but in one of the kids meal the burger was missing, and I asked them to not get seasoned chips but they gave us seasoned chips, And the service was very slow it took me 20min just to get my food and the place wasn’t even busy.
