I visited this place last week with a friend and had a great experience. I was a bit confused about what to order, but a very kind staff member named Kanwal Yaseen helped guide me to the best options. Her recommendations were perfect, and we really enjoyed our meal. The service was warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious. I’ll definitely be going back again with my friends. Highly recommend!
What's with the negative reviews? I've been here twice now, eating in store and the chicken burgers and wings have been consistent with being fresh and tasty. Staff have been lovely. I go to Waltham Cross every one to two weeks, and pass here for a little meal before heading back into London. Great spot if you want to grab something!

I have ordered quite a few times from here, everytime I ask for NO CHICKEN LEGS, we decided we'd give them ago one more time, as every other order has been wrong, but we ordered, put on a note, NO chicken legs, guess what, out of 5 pieces of chicken, got 4 legs. I know what they are doing, getting rid of the legs as they are cheaper, well, manager of KFC, a little lesson, the customer is paying for this meal, if the customer asks for a certain thing, you give it. CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. stop robbing people. oh, and what is that cruddy piece, didn't order that.
