After an original 45 minutes expected wait time, my food was still not here after an hour. I called the restraunt to find out where my food was and I was told that they had a new just eat machine and that it would be with me in another 35 minutes. It has now been 1 hour and 45 minutes and I still have no food. The restraunt has no idea where the driver is or where my food is.Absolutely ridiculous, very bad customer service will definatly not be recommending this restraunt to anybody else

Wouldn't even give it a one star but you have to, kids take your orders over the phone, the order is never right, when you question it it's your fault it's wrong, and the brats need to learn some manors and respect. To expensive for the tasteless food they sell.

I live ten minutes away am disabled so can no longer collects its been nearly two hrs and still no food ive called four times each time one minute away i have been ill all day not eaten and i have to deal with this fifteen minutes ago i last spoke on phone they said your food has left it be there in few minutes still waiting first phone call ordering food was 4.24 its now 18.36 over two hrs
