The portion sizes weren't the biggest but they filled us up , so no complaints the food was very tasty. Sorry about the photos , we took them in the middle of eating because we forgot .Thank you for the food very good Food: 5/5
We had shawarma 3 nights in a row at different restaurants and this restaurant by far the best. Ahmed took good care of my friend and I late last night. His hospitality was fantastic and his food was even better. Will definitely be coming back whenever I’m itching for a shawarma!Food: 5/5
Just down from Elephant and Castle tube. I had time to kill so popped in. Quite a varied menu with various tandoori dishes. Standard BIR mains on offer at a standard £8.99 for chicken varieties. I went for the chicken balti for a quid more with a couple of chappatis Service was super fast. Decor is very basic with open take away style kitchen. I ate in. Nice sized portion with plenty of meat. The chicken tikka was reasonably well marinated. Biggest issue hence only 3 stars was that it was massively overseasoned. The overpowering saltiness obscured every other taste unfortunately. There’s no way a chef would do this so can only assume salt was added to an already salty base sauce.

False Advertising This place is still trading under the Chillies name but DOES NOT serve Tandoori cuisine. Wasted journey this evening to a Burger & Chicken shop Spoke to new owner re:online listings/website being FALSE, he stated "Oh, we do have Tandoori & Jerk flavours for our chicken & chicken tikka Masala too, website will be looked at". NONESENSE. Name & website need amending for clarity. Immediately
I mean you do get what you pay for however I didn’t pay for a stomach ache after eating chicken biryani I did also get keema naan but it was very dry. Raita was surprisingly a huge box so the 2 stars.Recommended dishes
If you want to know how a curry should taste, then visit this place. Great staff and superb service. Excellent prices!
