Perfect! I looked up "Indian Takeaway" nearby and this had the best reviews of about 3 in the area. So along I went, 5 minute walk, choose my food, ready very quickly, popped back to my hotel, ordered a pint of London Pride, back to my room, Boom!!! Great Curry!!! Chicken Dansak. Very tasty! Whole lentils as well. Very nice.
I had the King Prawn Pathia. The prawns were most certainly king size and there was plenty of them too. Nice and spicy without being so hot the taste is destroyed. Lovely.
Very ordinary looking, but excellent food. Good flavours and nicely presented. Nicely spiced at the hotter end of the ranges, so a jalfesi really is nicely hot. Traditional set of Indian beers, Tiger and the like, in huge bottles. Worth a visit if you are in the area.
Taste is very good and a variety of choices. It is true as I was at Thames the other day. Not so expensive than other reviewers said but didn't feel high class.
Indian restaurants can be a bit hot and miss and we came here reluctantly because the India Club in the Strand was unable to take our booking. Lucky us. Food not quite as good but a great alternative. Actually, now the India Club is being closed, it's a go to
best Indian food I have ever had. Normally do not like Indian food. However the waiter helped me to choose. I had the tandoori chicken with salad and a flat bread/Japati. Beer was ice cold and the staff friendly. Would not hesitate in going back
I found there to be lots of choice for vegetarians and everything was clearly labelled, so great for those on special diets. Food was delicious and everyone in my group agreed. The only slight criticism I would make is that the menu seemed expensive, but I do live in Yorkshire
Good simply curry. Lots of good options. Never a bad meal. Must be on my 10+ visit now.
The food was really nice and of great quality. Went here for a meal with my boyfriend and we really enjoyed ourselves. The service was really great and we had no issues. Would recommend here again.
