Food is a bit expensive, thought ok was a birthday treat, it was nice enough food and delivered in 50mins, but not worth the price tag. They forgot the breads and chips were cold. Rang and the guy basically said I was lying and asked me four times to check in case they were there. Eventually sent out the breads and extra but everyone had finished eating. Sadly wouldn't recommend.
I bought food last night never ever order from here. Ordered Chicken 65 it is fully of food colour and looks bright reddish couldn't eat it. Chicken hot and it's just some onions and whitish chicken curry. and bought chicken and lamb biriyani it was just basmati rice mixed with some curry thats not biriyani I never ever order from here again
Had a delivery tonight for the first time, lots of veggie and vegan options. Food was really tasty and hot. Will definitely be ordering again
The biryani was very nice along with the vindaloo curry. I would say the grill was quite dry and boring - if you check the pictures, a lot of onions and not enough meat imo. I'd say stick with the Indian food here and it's great.Food: 4/5
Very impressed not ordered from here in a year. Food was great as usual ordered hot tikka masala, pilau rice, garlic naan, poppadoms and chutney tray. I even got a free hand and face wipe to finish off a delicious meal. Thank you!
Frequently forget items and are rude when we phone to rectify this. Last night even the delivery driver phoned them to sort missing items and they hung up on him. Phoned the restaurant who didn’t want to take any responsibility and continued to blame The driver. A while later a different driver turned up with missing items and not the refund we had been promised. This happens a lot where items are missed. Nice food but this review is purely down to poor customer service. As usual a restaurants response is to say a customer is rude but I was polite and calm on the phone. Customer service really lets this place down. Had issues previously and left a review. Didn’t order for a long time but then decided to try again in the hope it would have improved.customer service still awful so now we just won’t use again. Shame as food is ok
Amazing service I ordered with them but food was not so good I called them and tell them the whole situation the owner is very down to earth they send me my whole order again I have no words to say but literally you guys are fabulous
Delicious food with great flavours . Obviously top quality ingredients. Easy ordering online and prompt delivery, our second delivery from Chilli's, looking forward to the next.
Ordered for the first time and what a treat! Great customer service and the lamb dish we ordered was exquisite. Will certainly be ordering again
I've ordered from here a few times now, the food is mediocre to reasonable depending on what you get. All these people saying the food is amazing are clearly sheltered when it comes to curry, the food is nice but I always feel like it could be a lot nicer. If the price was reasonable I'd give them a 3, if they gave you free poppadoms too like a lot of the curry houses in Nott's I'd give it a 4 however their prices are utterly ridiculous, there's no complimentary poppadoms, the portion size doesn't impress, they are absolutely taking the pi*s out of you. You could literally eat in a resturant and have drinks for less and the food would be better! Don't waste your money, order from somewhere where they appreciate your custom and make an effort to be competitive in the curry market.
