Extemely busy on the night we visited, however Fantastic as usual. The best Aberdeen Angus fillet steak in the Macclesfield area cooked to perfection. The food is always consistently excellent and we would definitely recommend to anybody.
Friendly and helpful staff, very well presented and cooked dishes. The scallops were great and the cod loin really tasty. Very good value considering the quality of the dishes.

An absolute 10/10 - I can’t believe how lucky we are to have this in Macclesfield. It should have a Michelin star because the food blew my mind! The wine was stunning too. Vegetarian options: Amazing range of vegetarian options

Chestergate Bistro is a small, friendly restaurant in the centre of Macclesfield. The food is absolutely delicious, very well presented, with imaginative flavours and great attention to detail. Highly recommended.
