Excellent time had by 10 of us for our annual Christmas gathering. Lovely atmosphere and excellent friendly service. Food was spot on as well. Josh behind the bar was great and Clarke our server couldn't do enough to make sure we had a fab time. A credit to the company. All in all a wonderful time had. We'll be back.
Very welcoming from the second we walked in. We were shown straight to our table and told that India would be with us very soon. India was really lovely and smiley. Very helpful and fantastic service. Food was wonderful quality and perfectly cooked.
Came in today for a spot of lunch with my parents and it was absolutely fantastic. Food and atmosphere was absolutely stunning. We were served by the very lovely and very informative Grace, who was extremely knowledgeable and able to make recommendations based on my Dad's dietary requirements Dairy intolerance and vegetarian. She was also very friendly and attentive, making sure we were always comfortable and had everything we wanted at any point. An absolute credit to the place, will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu next time we pass by. Compliments to the chef!
The bar/reception area was very busy when we arrived. Chloë asked if we wanted to sit at our table, but we wanted to wait until the rest of our party arrived. Only one member of bar staff was serving; the others were trying to solve a problem on the till. There were many customers waiting at the bar to be served.nThe serving staff had difficulty navigating the crowd as they were carrying food to the dining tables. Maybe need a redesign of this area?nApart from this poor start, the rest of the meal went very well.nIndia looked after us very well. The food was delicious. Service was perfect, not rushed or too slow.
