I have used this Company over the last 2-3 months and it has been a pleasure to deal with them, particularly the staff, Tracy and Kathy, who were very welcoming, accommodating, professional and, most of all, with lots of common sense, which, I dare say, it's very difficult to find these days, particularly with service companies in this field. Prices were very reasonable too. I will certainly use it again, should the need arise in the future and I won't hesitate to recommend this Company to family and friends.
We needed a car for Friday whilst ours was at garage, pick up was easy and straightforward Catherine was amazing to deal with, unfortunately the garage couldn’t get us our car back so we extended the hire of the car to Sunday morning was again so easy. We suddenly needed a car to go on holiday with as the garage weren’t sure they could fix our car in time for us to go, Catherine did everything possible to get us a car but with it being a Friday on a bank holiday weekend and already after 5pm it was impossible until Tuesday but she worked so hard. We had been upgraded to a huge car when we booked a micra size, for the extra time we booked she only charged us the same rate. I will be going back when we need to hire cars in future they were fantastic and I was never made to feel like they were searching for that speck of dirt that might be a scratch like I have had at other places. My sister hires cars a lot so she will be using them too. Definitely recommend to everyone.
Cheshire let me down terribly. I booked a tail-lift online and got an email response saying that if they needed anything from me, they would be in touch, so I assumed that all was ok. I turned up Saturday morning ready for a long day moving furniture to Scotland, and the site was locked up. I phoned the Macclesfield branch and they said they had no record of my booking so I would just have to find a van from somewhere else. Terrible attitude. Fortunately, County Van hire had some available, so they got my business.
Best Van Hire experience! One phone call, paperwork was quickly sorted on arrival, no waiting around at all. Return was similar experience, Van was new, clean and a dream to drive, definitely recommend.
Friendly staff and good prices but charge excess deductions for defects already marked on the defect sheet prior to rental. Double check everything and beware anything marked on the sheet with an X as this is a 'random excuse mark' allowing them to argue if it was a dent, scratch or missing item... You have been warned...
First time renting with these and very impressed with the counter staff. Was only in there 20 mins and all sorted. Even price matched a local competitor! Nice tidy vehicles.
Rented vehicles 5 or 6 times without issue. Vehicles always ready on time and are immaculate. Kathy in the sales office is great to deal with would recommend
These cowboys are by far and away the worst rental outfit I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I even received a confirmation email from them but when I walked down to pick the vehicle up they said they had no such booking and then went on to lie about sending a reply telling me they had no availlabilty. They even denied they had received the booking so how could have replied? Amatures.
Would really recommend this hire company, I hired a car for ten days, had no problems and staff very nice! Will definitely use again. :
Good service and decent vehicles even when we needed one in an emergency well done to the team ! Very friendly and helpful ! I will be using them again
