Currently on hold to speak to the 5th person while broken down with a flat tyre. Ive been given two different numbers to call. After trying the first assist number three times and being asked to choose from the following number three times I finally got to speak to the 4th person who told me that pressing option number 5 doesn’t always work, try number 4 and if that doesn’t work cancel the call and dial again.

Very poor service! I’ve made booking online, already paid almost £300 and nobody was during the collection! Finally I didn’t get my car and no help from anyone. Lady on the phone advised to go to Liverpool branch which was closed! Ridiculous, absolutely don’t recommend!

Great professional and polite service. The whole process was simple. Michelle and Andy got me into a car on a Saturday, I had no reservation. Thank you.

Says on the Web site open 24hrs.it is not.we arrived at 4.30am to pick a car up..nobody turned up.if they had not took out the money straight away we would ov gone elsewhere

Car I got was not what was reserved,the fuel tank was not full when received, the staff were not patient to explain fancy functions of the vehicle, one of the tyres were badly wore, customer service will transfer you from point to point ,they will make you pay for the first 250 pounds if the car was damaged during hire... Avoid it by all means

Rented from the Warrington branch on one of the most difficult days of the year travel wise. I was meant to pick the car up at 11, but due to delays on the train, only managed to get there for 15:00. The branch was due to close at 13:00 but ANDY gave me his mobile number and kept the branch open for me to come and collect my car. Such a form of customer service is rare in the modern day, so I'd like to tell Europcar that they have a gem on their hands who is a great example of how customer service should be done
