First time in on Saturday night as just moved to the area. What a brilliant atmosphere. So good to see the place busy and vibrant. Staff pleasant and friendly. This is definitely going to be our new local. It's like the award winning Coach and Horses in Wellingborough but without Andy Norman! .
Excellent pub food and well kept pint. Also have bottled 0% beers.
Had Sunday lunchtime in this very friendly and extremely good value for money pub. Would definitely recommend this pub and would eat here again should we ever be passing.

Really nice pub and you can tell it is as its full of people every time I go which means people like it. Haven't tried the food yet. Will try next time
Great pub if tall watch your head for the roof i have banged my head many a time. Beer mainly from Everards which you will either love or hate. Nice outdoor play area to keep kids amused.

Nice beer, some of the ceilings are really low. It's just the age of the pub. Brilliant beer garden.
Had a Sunday dinner today as a vegetarian. The roast potatoes were definitely cooked I'm the lamb fat as I could taste it, when asked they said it was vegetable oil. My partner even said it tasted like meat juice.No gravy but a lumpy white bland sauce with mushroom. The brocoli and carrots were rock hard.. really disappointed and won't come again.
