I've been to the clinic for 5 years and I came back last week! They are polite, clean and modern structure in addition to the good work they do. I was happy with my service on both occasions. They serve the NHS and private makes this dental clinic that much better! And the best right in the center of London in front of a postcard of London Hyde Park. The secretaries are friendly and in addition to English, they speak Portuguese. I was seen by Doctor Shari on both occasions and she is super professional. Hope this helps.
I have been using the clinic services for around seven years and I have to say the reception staff does let down. The price list in the website describes a scale and polish from £90, scale and polish with air polish from £115 and it does not specify who will perform the service, I have always used the services of an amazing Dentist Dr Michel who by the way is very knowledgeable and the reason I go back to the clinic, and I have always paid £90 for that service. Now the receptionist says the price is £150 for the dentist to perform the scale and polish, when I question her she says that this has always been the price. She then checks my records and confirms that I have paid last time £90, but prices went up since the last time I was there, even though website prices don’t match what she wants to charge and website description doesn’t match what she is saying she says £90 is the price charged by the hygienist. I have to say I feel very uncomfortable and disappointed with the reception service. It’s a shame that after all those years I am now looking for a new clinic when the dentistry service is excellent. Update three weeks later: I have been contacted by the clinic, they have apologised but very discreetly suggested that I misread the price list. Their website has been updated and the new prices do say how much a hygienist or a dentist will charge.
I met Dr Michel Furtado at Hyde Park 7 months ago to start my Invisalign treatment, I’m in love with my new smile. Can’t wait to finish my treatment and come here to show you the results. Highly recommended
I have been going to the Hyde Park Dental Clinic for about 18 months. Within this time I have had fillings and recently 6 crowns across my upper front teeth. From the moment you walk in to the clinic you are warmly greeted by Fernando, who goes out of his way to assist. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Michel Furtado. He took absolute care of me during my treatments and was very gentle with the many injections. His work is world class and I could not be happier with my fillings and especially my 6 crowns. I HIGHLY recommend Hyde Park Dental Clinic.
I needed a super huge treatment on my teeth, 2 of them they were basically destroyed and I started a root canal treatment with the doctor Jacqueline Jacobs and she did such an amazing job, she let my smile perfect again, she was tender and careful with me. Even the receptionist, Thais, she was lovely and informed me of everything all the time. A great team, 100% recommendable.
When I called the clinic, the staff was very impatient. I am not a native speaker, when I didn’t understand something, She said in a tone of wonderment that my English was poor and I needed an assistant. I was very embarrassed and angry. Why can you talk to me in such a toneI found other clinics, and they were all very good, and I had good communication with them. So I hope no one comes here, the arrogant staff was unbearable.
feel like a mug going there, spent over £1600 for treatment temporary fillings which i wasnt even told at the time would only last two months, barely two months and one pretty much shattered while having lunch, when i spoke to the lady on the phone was only told pretty much tough luck its a temporary fillings and they are designed to only last two months and we cant do anything about it. refused refund on a filling that was not done after the above happend I was not really going to return to get an extraction done still had credit on my account with them which they have now said does not exist didnt have one tooth done on the day as was told that there is no point in putting a filling in as the tooth is to wobbly and it would be better using the money paid for the filling on extraction £180 paid for filling didnt get the filling and said i would think about the extraction and use money towards that whole experience felt like i have been scammed stick with your local dentist or NHS dentist

I usually don't post reviews but we I most appreciate the good services I received. Everything about this practice is excellent 5 stars really. Great hospitality! From the moment I walked into reception Fernando and Thayse always made me feel comfortable and welcome. My dentist Michel Furtado is very special, caring and highly professional. He explained everything in detail beforehand. I have to say I'm a very nervous patient as I'm allergic to anaesthesia but I was made to feel really at ease during my treatment thanks to Dr Michel and the very kind Nurse. I had my implant today and it feels just like my natural tooth. I can't be happier. I highly recommend this dental clinic.
An excellent dentist's surgery. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean, good communication, good advice. First class work.
