Lovely receptionist today - I think her name was Lindsay. She quickly provided me with a lab form I was collecting and explained thoroughly the sample required, opening hours for dropping the sample back and booked my next appointment for 2 weeks time. Thanks for a lovely experience!

Appointment was booked for 2:45 pm. Unfortunately, I had to leave at 3:20 pm without being seen as I needed to return to work. There was no communication regarding the delay, when I was likely to be seen, or how much longer I could expect to wait, which was particularly disappointing as I had already waited some time for this appointment.nnThe reception staff were friendly and pleasant, however.
Excellent service. Sent online form at 8 am. They called me before noon, arranged blood forms and sample tubes same day. Results in within 2 days. Appointment arranged. On time and thorough exam. Couldn’t ask for more. Well done to the team
I had surgery on the Monday but my latest prescription is still not in Patient Access the following Saturday inspite of walking all the way to the Surgery on the Friday to get it added as it wasn't there on the Thursday. I am now going to run out mid Sunday and still not be able to do a repeat order. I am now going to have to walk in again on Monday and I hope get an emergency prescription. I better had get one. Still no sign of it in Patient Access on the Tuesday inspite of being told it will be there when I rang on Monday . This is the second time in a month that a change of my medication has not been added to Patient Access.
