The most horrendous service when we ordered. Order over £85 of food for it to be delivered 2 and half hours later - all stone cold. In contact with retailer all the time. Reading the reviews I hope trading standards get involved with this shop. Absolutely disgraceful attitude of the staff. Requested refund but they weren't bothered at all. All food wasted. WARNING- DO NOT ORDER!!
Stayed at alton towers and thought we would order from here. food arrived on time but was cold and the order came wrong. our little girl is gluten free so ordered plain grilled chicken which didn't arrive, contacted the takeaway and they admitted fault then told us it would 40 mins for delivery and wanted us to pay for there mistake so she eat cold chips instead. Customer service was terrible, rude do not order from here
We Stopped at the Alton Towers Resort and we popped out for some food this is by far the best Kabab and Pizza Place in the Area.nnWill definitely be going here again when we stop at Alton Towers again its the place to go.
Used to love this take away, the last few kebabs have been poor - Nan breads aren’t even Nan breads anymore just a doughy wrap& tonight I found 2 black hairs in my chicken. The first one I thought ah it’s okay one off, but then found a second.nFood quality gone so low and rubbish but the prices have continued to increase. Sorry guys I always really enjoyed your food too but think I shall be giving it a miss now!
We were over at the Alton Towers and before heading back felt a little hungry so googled this place.nnWill say this that, it was we worth the visit.nnFreshly made pizza with garlic bread made the travel back even more fun.nnWhenever I'm over at Alton Towers food stop will be here for sure at Cheadle Kebab and pizza house.nnThank you guys for an amazing customer service.
