Standard, nothing spectacular. When I visited, there were people being served. Both the employees on the other side were too busy making their orders for others, to notice we were waiting for our pre-ordered drinks.... Ended up calling one in order to get our drinks. Just don't stand and wait, ask them if already ordered.
Spent nearly £10 on a special merchandise drink to get the freebie and wasnt warned that they didnt have it so I didnt get it, very disappointed. I didnt even get offered an alternative, the girl working just shrugged me off.
I'm not happy , i buy 1 matcha with pearls and Rainbow jelly but she does not give rainbow jelly so i need to pay 4poud70pend !
Good selection of milk and fruit teas. A bit pricey but always taste great!
Despite some of the negative reviews that I'm seeing for ChaTime, I've personally not had a negative experience with them - I love their bubble tea and they've always served me promptly and served up my tea in a quick manner!
Drinks taste exactly like the one I had from Taiwan, fresh and great. Staff are friendly and helpful too.
