If you are having your wisdom tooth/teeth extracted - this is the place to go! I was referred here by my dentist and I was extremely nervous. The ladies at reception were absolutely amazing and the dentist and his assistant did a fantastic job and it was pain free! Thanks guys I am grateful for the support!

I would like to say thank you for the work just carried out on my 5 year old. After a trauma to his tooth it needed removing. For what I imagined would be a very traumatic time for us both, the staff and their approach to making him feel settled was simply amazing. More time was actually spent cracking jokes, discussing stickers and before he knew it, his tooth was out.  Thank you again for making this experience more of a positive one for him to internalise and not be scared in the future!!

I have just had a wisdom tooth extracted at Chartwell Dental Clinic after being referred here by my usual dentist! It was over and done with within about 15 minutes and most of that was used up by X-rays and waiting for the local anaesthetic to kick in!
Sarah Clark (I think) and the dental assistant (which I can't remember her name badge for the life of me now..) were so unbelievably friendly and chatty, it really put me at ease as I'd never had an extraction in the chair before!!!! Honestly I wish they were my usual dentist now :-) thank you very much ladies! I am very numb at the moment but hopefully painfree in a few days!

AVOID this dentist as a referral from your own dentist. 

If you are a nervious patient and require sedation for any other reason go somewhere else. You have been warned. 

Although I was assured I would have an injection for sedation they put gas on my face and told me this was just to relax me before the injection. However they continued with Gas and numbed my mouth and I felt everything. I was gagging and could hear everything they were saying. They had trouble extracting the tooth and it took an hour. 

The big joke was after they tried to convince me I had sedation by asking me to be careful walking etc.. and telling me I would not remember. 

I have had sedation before Andy I know what's it's like.  Following a compliant with the dentist all I had from them is anything I think I heard or remember was due to the sedation and it's all in my head. 

I will be following up with the NHS as i bet they still claim the cost from sedation and profit from. Not actually doing it.  I wish I read the review from 6months ago (see below) the same thing happened to her.
