I had a major service recently which was carried out by one of the top car maintenance companies. They provided me with a quote for some further work that needed to be done on my car. The price to me seemed expensive so I decided to find a company in my local area. I found Charlestown, it was a very good decision. They were much cheaper and I was nicely surprised when they called me back about one part that was still in good condition and didn't need changing. This obviously made it even cheaper. I wish more firms could be like them and be more honest. The staff were great and communicated with me throughout the process. I would strongly recommend them.

I took my transit van in for a problem to be solved and the parts were ordered that day and it was repaired the next day as I said it needed to be fixed quickly because I’m a builder. The level of service from the young girl in reception to the guys in the garage was fantastic and I had a very reasonable bill at the end. I will definitely be returning for any future problems and my MOT. Thank you Charlestown.

Charlestown look after our vehicle fleet and they are always very quick to react, reliable, honest, good value and generally helpful when planning servicing and repairs for our vehicles. Highly recommend!!

The staff are really great, keep you informed every step of the way. My car was in, repaired, as an emergency, and back on the road in 2.5 hrs! Fantastic friendly service! It was exactly as the quote! 5stars!!!! Thank you Charlestown
