I have always found the staff to be very professional in their attitude and approach to their work and clients . I have been a patient here for quite a few years and any check up or work carried out has been most satisfactory. I recommend this practice to anybody needing a dentist .
After trying for ages to get a dentist I was thrilled to be acknowledged by Genix. My first appointment was yesterday everyone was friendly and was put at ease by the dentist a d staff. I walked out feeling relieved and happy.
Amazing people and very clean practice. Would definitely recommend. Very happy with my treatment
It’s been 2 years due to Covid so my husband and I were eager to get in and be checked up. Our new dentist Asia was amazing, through and very attentive alongside her team. Sadly she only works Thursday but she is worth the reduced availability. The lady on reception is also fantastic, we have been coming here a while and at this time it feels it is on point. Thank you for coming back with a bang
A good reliable dentist, easy to communicate with & will go above & beyond for an appointment for you. The dentist is amazing with kids too.
Visted for a filling and deep clean after a previous check-up highlighted the need for them. The team of Faye and Harriet were superb. They explained every step of the procedure to put my mind at ease. I only hope they stay long enough to establish a great customer base. Also worth mentioning the receptionist, very friendly and cheerful. Would recommend.
Had my first appointment here today. Waited 6 months on their waiting list to enlist James Martin as my dentist. People make the practice not the fixture and fittings. It was clean didn’t smell and the staff were all very nice . My treatment was first class . I wasn’t late but I suspect I may have made the next person late which was entirely my fault as my false tooth on a post had fallen out only 2 days earlier and Doc Martin wasn’t expecting to have to stick it back in. But he did anyway and one day he will help you out and make his next patient late. But let’s be honest who doesn’t want that from a Dentist. Next time if my appointment is late I’ll know it’s for a good reason
First ever time here on Xmas eve to replace a filling and I had a slight infection. No antibiotics given just told to rinse with salt water. Well my absess imerged Xmas day and ruined it,had to phone nhs helpline and get an emergency appointment boxing day for antibiotics. Not happy, not a good Xmas, now gotta try and get booked into my normal dentist, probably to have the tooth extracted.
Doctors and staff are kind and hardworking and are on time. They really treat patients well and patiently,Thanks to the doctors and their staff.
This dental practice does not put patients in the centre of care. In fact this practice struck my disabled son off because he missed two appointments that were not his fault and at the age of three I find this quite challenging behaviour from a dental institute. The manager jenny was fully aware of the situation but her customer service wasn't encouraging and she has shown me a lack in personal skills and communication with patients. I wouldn't reccomend this dentist as its all about money and not care. The treatment they provide isn't exactly of a high quality either.
