We visited with our small children after a day out and had a great experience. We really wanted to praise and thank the staff that served us as they were lovely. Charley & Suzy we’re very friendly, professional, approachable and attentive. Charley made sure we received the appropriate vegan alternatives and that our food was as expected. She returned to us multiple times and remembered all the details of our complicated order. Suzy was on the ball checking that we were served promptly and checked back with us. Both ladies were so positive and personable they really made our visit a lovely experience. Brilliant service. Vegetarian options: Ok range of vegan and vegetarian options. Staff were really helpful in making sure we got the appropriate alternatives. Kid-friendliness: Big under 5s play area was really useful. Parking: Ample parking available
We held a celebration of my mum’s life here. Booking was very easy and communication was excellent. Amazing service, lovely food carvery and menu items for over 50 people and really helpful, patient, kind and friendly staff. Really enjoyed the carvery and were given space and time to do what we wanted to. Would thoroughly recommend as it took the stress out of the occasion. Great environment and atmosphere. My mum and partner really enjoyed visiting here for special occasions and it was nice to do it in memory of her. Thanks very much team Chapelford Farm- from Wendy, Pete and Jayne. Parking: We had over 50 people and it was great to have stress free parking!
Had the festive mac and cheese, which is a layer of stuffing, cranberry sauce with crackling on top of a big portion. The chef even came to check that it was the festive portion. Could not eat my way through the roasted vegetables. Finished the meal with a cherry bauble.. which was gorgeous. Glad they managed to get them ordered in, but even the Christmas pudding would have been worth it. Will be going back again and again as the customer service is great and the food is superb.
I come here once a week on a Tuesday with my little boy after swimming. The staff are always super friendly and will go above and beyond, especially Sinead, who is always so chatty and kind and takes time to talk to you and your children. The food is great and is reasonably priced. Always comes out hot. We share the combo feast as it’s a big portion followed by an Eton mess sundae. Lovely place. Lovely people. Lovely food xxx
Possibly one of the worst breakfasts in Warrington. Bacon was swimming in water! Hashbrowns were so greasy they were impossible to lift. I know sausages aren't prime cuts of beef, but these are horrific. Toast, well if you are building a house locally, save yourself some money on bricks and get your hands on some of the toast instead. Three trips to the 'hot' plates and no eggs. So, I had a breakfast with no eggs. Go figure. And the temperature needs to be turned up, the food that I did manage to consume was not warm enough. Save your money, and go elsewhere. Edit 26.4.22 Went in today for the first time in ages. Still had to wait on eggs. Black pudding had been cooked to within an inch of its life, tea/coffee is now an extra £1.99 and the hot water that you make your tea with isnt hot enough to make tea and tastes like coffee.
Fantastic! All, and I mean each and every member of staff that we interacted with was a first class example of perfect customer service leading to excellent customer satisfaction! The food was lovely, fresh and hot, nothing was too much trouble for the staff who all went over and above and offered excellent and informative customer service. The experience is going to be repeated hopefully soon, and indeed, we shall spread our views of your excellence far and wide!
A great afternoon meal with the daily abs made extremely welcome by Tracy and the team. Food was hot and cooked just as we like it. Dan the carvery man, is a bundle of energy and fun and engaged with everyone he spoke to. We definitely can't give praise the team enough and the fantastic food. Here's to our next visit.
Came for a lovely meal. Had a lovely lady who showed us to our seats, and told us what table number and was very welcoming. Her name was Sinead. Then went up to the carvery bar and the gentleman was very pleasant who served us. Sorry not sure of his name. And another gent came to clear our table. All very pleasant and a credit to the pub.
We had a Sunday lunch delivered, oh my word! Wow the food is absolutely delicious, amazing doesn’t cover it , delivered hot and on time… all fresh and beautifully presented The cake is so yummy , it is literally the biggest slice of cake I have ever seen My kitchen is out of action due to building work so this was a god send … I would absolutely recommend and will be using again for sure … even the delivery guy was very polite and cheerful, I would give six stars if it were possible!
Excellent food Good atmosphere. Will definitely return!
