The shop is well laid out for video games, which is the main trade. Great choice and I found exactly what I was looking for. The queue to pay took a few minutes longer than expected. The staff seemed to be knowledgeable. Perhaps a POS desk for the the more complex items would help the day to day games sales flow a little faster. I appreciate customers buying games systems etc. need a little more time to understand what they want.
Saved the day... Santa did good!! my child dropped in a Christmas wish at 7pm that isn't available to buy new anymore!!! .. Quick look on the CEX website and ordered what was available local to me.. Text message to say it was ready at 9.00am the following day..
The shop is ok, but the online service is awful. Major thing is that there is no phone number where you can call in case something is wrong. You can ONLY communicate via email or Facebook messenger and they would answer a few words after like 24h or so. Recently I bought imac and it arrived with different specs than it was advertised. Also, it was password locked so I had to google ages to find the solution.
Over all I go for games was looking for joypad had wide range most where limited edition ones so out of my price range but bought a game reasonably price quickly served friendly staff

Friendly staff, did both a trade in and purchased an item, trade it went smoothly and all options explained to me. Device was tested quicker than they estimated and full value offered. Very smooth and cannot fault. Purchased item with voucher you get a lot more for exchange to voucher rather than cash, pre-owned but very good quality and has 24 month warranty. Choice in there is incredible, could spend all day reminiscing of older games!
