I am delighted with my refurbished Advent 6552 laptop from Cables and Leads and the outstanding service they provided. They answered all my queries within 24 hours - even on a Sunday - and nothing was too much trouble. They even provided a replacement battery without any additional charge. Their prices are extremely competitive and you can trust their guarantee 110%. A big thank you to James - ask him for advice and you can't go wrong! Five star recommendation.

Purchased a budget refurb laptop. Never worked properly from day 1. asked for a refund and was told no , I would have to returned it for inspection and repair with P&P paid by me. Avoid at all costs.  Bought a laptop for my daughter.  It had a faulty battery.  They were going to source a new one and now have stopped answering the telephone.  Absolute waste of money.  Be warned.  I wish I had read the reviews first, I never would have purchased anything from these people.

Customer service is bad. Very rude. Asked for a refund as the laptop was heavier, bigger and had very large dents and deep scratches which weren’t shown in the product photo. Was told I had to return the item and pay for postage which I did parcel2go told me to use a sturdy parcel bag to return the item, I was not informed to return the item in the box that it was sent in. My emails were left unanswered after being told that I was stupid for sending the item in a parcel bag. I opened a dispute with PayPal and finally received a refund today. Wouldn’t use this service again. edit: thanks for the reply can I see proof that the item is broken as my message through PayPal has been ignored, no proof of the item being broken has been shown to PayPal and my emails haven’t been answered

SCAMMERS THAT JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN FAIL TO DELIVER AND IGNORE YOU!  If I could put 0 I would. This company if they are real is a complete joke and scammers! Ordered a laptop and paid for it on 28th March and it has never arrived. They don't answer the phone or messages and have shut down there Facebook page too. I have been calling 20+ times a day and sending messages to for over 3 weeks now and have still not had any response. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a refurbed laptop from these on 7/1/19 cancelled the order on 10/1/19 and was told i'd get a refund which i still haven't got a MONTH later and everytime i talk to customer services I keep being fobbed off at every turn by this company, Very poor customer service.

Do not use! I have had an awful experience with this company. They have failed to honour my warranty, they have not returned any calls. This is a breach of consumer rights.

This company is an absolute joke, taken money from bank on the 8th April still no laptop delivered, Telephoned 50+ time no answer, emailed to web and 2 other addresses  10+ times  and no reply, any one wanting to buy anything from here please think very very carefully, in fact just don't and go somewhere else.

Appalling service, definitely would not recommend buying from this company online. Very difficult to get a refund on an item that was never sent out due to said item being sold twice.

Good selection and received excatly has ordered. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.
