We're very impressed with Symphony music. We were looking all over trying to find our son a Limited edition Epiphone led Paul special ii and this was the last place we could find ANYWHERE that had any left. We ordered it and were emailed our receipt immediately and were told it would take 2-3 days to come. It actually came the next day! We were very disheartened to find the box a bit damaged, which we honestly believe was down to the courier, not Symphony Music, as symphony music had actually boxed it twice and seemed to have taken great care to keep it protected. Luckily the Guitar was completely fine and is absolutely beautiful and works straight out of the box. It seems they have taken the time to tune it before sending it out. We informed Symphony music of the courier issue just so they can could address it with them, we were not expecting a follow up email offering us some free gifts as a way of saying sorry. Overall, we are very happy with the service that has been provided and would highly recommend.

Just bought a les paul today, service was brilliant, member of staff sorted everything for me and was very helpful and friendly in the process, be going back again soon when I want something different

Great Store!. Dave and Michelle at Symphony offer the highest level of service, and their product knowledge is excellent. I've been in the store a number of times and always received a warm welcome. They freely offer great advice and ongoing support.

Just ordered a rather nice white Epiphone Les Paul for a Christmas present for my better half. Live in Northern Ireland, ordered on Friday and it arrived today very impressed i did pay extra for delivery but it was worth it as i wasn't able to get the same model anywhere else. My only complaint would be that it was delivered while i was making lunch. Like any good guitarist when a new guitar arrives in that situation i went hungry while i made sure the guitar could handle all the chords and licks. Unplugged as i didn't want to get too carried away, so far so good, looking forward to hearing it amped up for a crimbo jam.
