Bought a VW Beetle 2.0l auto from Chris at Castle View Motors in August 2022 and as I lived quite far away in Cheshire I was a little nervous but from the outset Chris was helpful and caring. He can be trusted as the car needed a new ignition coil and leads within the first month of ownership and he honoured the three month warranty and paid for the work to be carried out at a garage local to me. In dealing with me he was the epitome of what a used car dealer should be. Very experienced and knowledge not just in sales but in repairs. I am so very happy with the Beetle he sold me as It was a fair price and in the condition described in his eBay advertisement. Many thanks indeed Chris.
We recently purchased a mini from Castle View motors & traded in our old car . Chris was most helpful & trustworthy. He gave us a good price for our trade in vehicle & the purchase was very smooth & professional. We had a slight issue with overheating of the mini , Chris went above & beyond to resolve the issue promptly under his warranty . Bought a car for my daughter, great little motor that was well priced, clean and tidy. Had a problem with the alternator after a couple of months which was dealt with immediately and without hesitation. Great service throughout from a genuinely decent company. Highly recommend.
Couldn't fault this garage, excellent customer service, the owner went above and beyond what he needed to do for us to make sure everything ran smoothly when I collected my lovely Nissan Duke. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car .
Bought a lovely Peugeot from here in June. Unfortunately I found a very small oil leak. After to-ing and fro-ing with a different garage, Chris took the car back in, sorted the problem, even paid the bill for the other garage. No fuss or argument, just got it done. Would definitely recommend this place to buy a decent car and deal with a great bloke!
I have purchased several cars from Castle View Motors over the years approximately 4 to 5 that I remember. I have never had to return one with any problem. I was never pressured into a sale, and given good honest advise on my needs. After sales and friendly advise is second to none. Also the presentation of the cars ie valeted to highest standard's and serviced. I have just purchased another second hand car that is an 08 plate but drives, looks and feels like new. I would hand on heart highly recommend this car sales company to anyone wanting a genuine good honest deal!
Really pleasant experience, brought a decent motor and very very pleased with it so far, was the best price by far, for the year and Miles. They have been in touch to ask if everything is ok, which I thought was really considerate. Taking my brother to castle view next week as hes looking for a little motor, hes just passed his test so Castle view will be ideal. Very trustworthy.
Definitely a car dealers worth a look in. They seem to be very honest and gave us some very good advice, will be going back with my 2 daughters to have a look at some more motors. The guys are very friendly, all in all a great experience
Nothing was too much trouble for Chris the owner and I am delighted with the car I bought.They even delivered it to Bath for only the cost of the petrol. No hesitation in recommending them.
