Recently purchased a skoda from the point, dealt with Dan the entire time. He couldn't have been more helpful if he tried. He was patient, accomodating and made the whole experience of buying a car effortless. Definitely would be happy to purchase from again.
I have recently driven away a Skoda Karoq Sportline 190...from this dealership. The service, help, advice and support that I received from Mr Ben Goodier was truly outstanding!! From beginning to end of the whole process Ben was always on hand and available to answer any questions or queries that I had. I have visited many car showrooms and spoke to many car salesmen over the years. However, meeting Ben for the first time was like "A Breathe of Fresh Air"...no pressure, no fancy sale's pitch... just simple facts and information. What was also impressive was that Ben was a great listener, and from that his attention to detail was second to none. What also impressed me was the communication and updates that Ben provided... Without question this very polite gentlemen was always willing to go "That Extra Mile"!! Management, this outstanding member of staff deserves some form of recognition due to the excellent service that he provides!! Sincere thanks Ben

What a fantastic place - we were just browsing and the staff were found to be helpful and informative and not pushy in any way my wife and I went round a lot of dealerships but the Skoda staff made us feel welcome I can not give them enough praise and Ben the Motobility man there was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for him what a fantastic asset to your company he is
Can't believe the ratings with my experience of the point and sytner ,let me explain,I purchased a new Skoda Octavia vrs 2021 the new mk4 ,bought a used fabia from a different Skoda dealer,night and day difference between the two and this compares 35k and 7k,won't go near for servicing etc customer experience for me is had your money don't bother us as I had to 2 weeks ago about a recall in April 21 engine cover removed,new replacement when one is manufacturedasked about update,not a clue what I was talking about service dept this effected Audi,VW,Skoda,and Seat, promised to email on 3rd Jan with info, suprise nothing, say's it all.i don't leave reviews much but this one deserves one. No stars if I could,bet then don't answer this one like they do a 5 !!!!!!.
Ben goodier was my sales rep yesterday. Just wanted to take the time to thank them for their fantastic service. Really kind and amiable person. I am considering the hybrid Octavia once I graduate thanks to them. 10/10.

Picked up my Skoda last week after ordering it with them in July.... This is a standard waiting time for a new factory order... well I believe it's a year wait for factory order now The guys that helped me with me order were brilliant. Will recommend them anytime!!! Thank you for looking after me and my wife so well and keeping us updated throughout the process.
Paul head of sales took good care of us from day one, excellent communication right through from first order to build to even being on the boat. The collection service was second to none you really are made to feel like the only customer in the World. The Skoda Kamiq is brilliant dont be worried if you think the 1ltr engine is too small it really isnt and packs a punch for such a small engine size, the interior is stunning and the infortainment system blows your mind. I would recommend North Wales Skoda to anyone who is thinking of buying a new or second hand car
