SEAT has the best service I've ever experienced...im amazed how brilliant they are! Giving the team a huge 110/100!. But I would like to point the light on Lloyd!.. A big amount of credit goes to him because he's helped me so much with everything.. Took his time to provide the information I really needed, I'm very happy with my choices as Lloyd showed me all the specs the vehicle could have! Can't thank him enough! 5 stars to him and the team.. Having purchased new cars for over 20 yrs from various dealers I found Lloyd the most professional sales person I have ever dealt with, Lloyd was most helpful all the the way through the purchasing experience.

Robbie at Llandudno Junction is always on the other end of the phone, his communication is great and he constantly keeps you up to date with your deal. He is very easy to get on with and it doesn't feel like he is 'selling to you' rather than helping you fix your problem and sorts you with the right car for you. He also goes above and beyond to make sure that your car is handed over to you at a time most convenient to you. Highly recommend his services.

Can't thank Chris enough for the professional and efficient service experience that he has shown throughout. I visited a few different dealerships not knowing what I was looking for however I felt that Chris and the team gave great customer service and made me feel that it was all about me with no pressure at all to purchase anything. I was given great advice and guidance on the different options available and what would be best for ME. Any questions/queries I had were answered with no hesitation. So happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend SEAT & Chris to anybody looking to buy a car!

My SEAT needed some (quite involved) warranty work on the a/c unit, I was treated professionally, courteously and efficiently by the very nice people in the service department
