The GPs here are great and deliver a first class service. All staff are very helpful as are the support staff of nurses and nurse practitioner. Like any surgery it's busy and appointments are done on a triage based system by you phoning & a member of the medical staff will call you back. There is a pharmacy on site which is great. Small car park for patients which can get congested on times.

Used to be a excellent doctors the Phone taker is a very rude woman can never get a appointment with the same doctor so I'm having to repeat my mental health illnesses to the doctors over and over again

I was just removed from the doctors list because I live in skewen I have been with them since 1946 but the practice has gone down hill

This surgery has left me disappointed and have now decided to register elsewhere. Very poor hygiene, ladies toilets very dirty and hand wash always empty. Touch screen booking in with no anti bacterial hand gel next to it. God knows what you're touching from all the users. You can rarely get an appointment when u need one . And when I rang up to see doctor I was told the doctor wouldn't give me repeat on the day and it is down to me to manage my medication. This all coming from a call taker who is now telling me how my time with a gp will be conducted. Surely it's down to the doctor who will assess what I need . There's no privacy at reception when you're asking questions and always a long queue at reception and yet there are at least 8 other staff sat in the office behind . I wouldn't recommend this surgery.

Not good at all. repeat prescriptions never there even if I put them in 2 weeks in advance.
