Was admitted to ward A 21/10/24 and I would like to say that the staff in the ward and surgical unit were kind, compassionate and helpful. They made me feel at ease prior to my surgery. So knowledgeable and experienced. Thank you Ward A staff
Absolutely first class! Treatment was fast and organised, staff were great and informative on treatment. Minor injuries section.
Had another blood test in Port Talbot hospital today, and yet again it was annoying. None of the phlebotomy team acknowledged myself or any other patient on entering the room. Three of them just abruptly asked our names, address and dob. They talked over us to each other. No care or attention to what they were doing. Didn't ask if we were ok with needles, no sharp scratch announcement, just wiped, pricked, blood taken, put your finger here, followed but mod to leave. Shocking manners. I know they do this every day for a living, but a little politeness costs nothing. It's the same thing every time Ive had blood tests. Shape up ladies

I unfortunately found myself having to attend the endoscopy department of Neath Port Talbot hospital. NHS waiting lists are very long and I’d waited over 18 months - but when I attended the department I couldn’t fault the patient care and treatment I received. I had good news on the same day that all was well.
