All through my recovery the receptionists kept getting my prescriptions incorrect and blamed the chemist for losing them although the prescriptions were never printed off. This made my recovery very stressful.nnWhen they introduced the email for prescriptions, I thought this was fantastic because I had a trail to show they had accepted my request. It was easy to send an email before or after I finished work....until today. I emailed my request at 09:03 and received an email at 09:46 telling me I have to order between 11:00 - 17:00. Then she deleted my request from the system. I have now had to re-order my request while in work. I've even checked their website and there is nothing relating to specific times to send these emails on their website. No-one is answering the phone and yet again the receptionists are making their on rules to aggravate patients. I'm so fed up with dealing with these receptionists who think they are god. I feel so sad for them if this is how they get their kicks in life.
Unhelpful , l call surgery 8.13am for appointment they said someone will call you .nTime now is 17.15 still waiting someone from surgery to call menWhat a shame No one has call back.
Absolutely devastating. I have been with these over 10 years. I've had mental health problems all my life. I've been in pain from head to toe, over the last 25 years. I've had digestive problems over the last 15 years and all I get is fobbed off, with no help to find out what my problems are. The receptionist are not good either.
I have been with this practice for over 20 years, and yes i have seen a decline since covid as in many other practices. I have to say iv always found the receptionists friendly and helpful. The only thing i find very negative, is that i never get to see a GP, i either end up seeing a pharmacist, who i may add, are always lovely and professional or getting diagnosed over the phone.
You would think they'd put people with a bit of compassion on the front desk as they are dealing with people who need help most of them are great on the phone but the receptionists are rude and purposely unhelpful doctors are busy i understand and mostly
